When fixing the TV to a wall bracket the screws to go into the TV should be provided with the bracket. If you need screws then the VESA specification calls for M4 screws 10mm long which takes into account the thickness of the bracket. If you are not using a proper VESA bracket make sure that you allow for a maximum of 7.4mm thread going into the TV.
